In 1929 Baudouin has become one of the world’s three largest Marine engine suppliers; 1983 Baudouin F11 series engine equipped with AMX10 tank; In 1989 Baudouin competed in his first European Offshore F1 Grand Prix and won the diesel category.

In 2008, Baudouin Company joined the Weichai Group, the next year renamed Baudouin International Engine Company, and established Baudouin (Weifang) Power Co., Ltd. to establish a domestic production base.
